Teachers in the 1930s's were encouraged to enforce disciple with a liberal application of the strap, often for offences as minor as giggling or daydreaming.
TOUR GROUPS
Book your group into a completely different (or perhaps familiar) experience:
Options
1. The Fully-Guided Tour:
Explore each themed room with our guide. Tour includes the coal boiler.
2. The Recess and Roam Tour:
Introduction by our guide, then a self-guided tour. Coal boiler access by request; group is
accompanied by our guide to see the coal boiler.
3. The Recess and Class Tour:
Self-guided tour, interrupted by the School Marm, who will haul your group into class
for a 1936-style interactive session. Tell your group to bring their sass to see what happens.
All of our tour options have flexible timeframes, to accommodate your group's schedule and interest level.
