East Coulee

East Coulee is located in the beautiful Red Deer River Valley, about 20km southeast of Drumheller.

From Drumheller, take Highway 10 south and follow the Hoodoo Trail. Pass through Rosedale.

Next stop - East Coulee. There are lots of signs, and only one road into town, so you really can't miss it!

As you pull into town, turn left and go past the old garage and the East Coulee Motor Inn. A few blocks down the road, turn right at the Community Hall, and the Museum will be just ahead.

Think you missed it? Don't worry, East Coulee is only 9 blocks long and 3 blocks wide - nothing is ever far away here.

We are 2 km from the Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site.
