When I grow up. . . I want to be…
For many young children the dream was to become a coal miner.
Come hear the stories of our community, from its humble beginnings in 1929.
Here’s to the museum! Helping to keep the past alive. Proudly telling these stories!
3rd Annual Haunted High Tea!
Our third annual High Tea was a giant success! Thank you everyone who attended. The little Strawberry Ghosts and Blackberry Spiders were fun. . .
A big thank you to:
Bonnie Milner from Ghost Hunt Alberta
Bonnie has hunted the Hauntings of this Museum for a long time and related to the guests her “scientific” procedures and the stories she has learned in her times here. The museum at midnight is an empty, dark, dark place. Or is it? The sounds are there to hear, we need only to listen. . .
